The most stupid app you will ever use. It seems like it has been developed by someone with a mental disability. To do anything you have to register and create a profile but since you have already created a profile with your phone number you can't create it again but you can not also login if you have already registered because there is no option. They have stopped sending your bill on email and you can't use their stupid app to track usage or pay bill, it's ridiculous.

The worst app I've ever used. The last attempt at a payment was unsuccessful. My previous FTTH account has been deleted from my account and I can't add it again after the most recent app update. Bug fix worked only for one or two days. Now again its logged out automatically and asking me to register again. Contacted through email, but no response yet..

Worst of worst service. 10 days service remains down in a month. Most important thing (which is not told by BSNL service provider) is the day you stop using internet go to nearest branch to stop your connection else they will keep charging money. There is no automatic disconnection even if you stop paying (You would realise after 3 months when they send legal notice). For getting security back, you have to write one more application. No automatic process to get security back.
